About the HCA
The Hollymead Citizens Association (HCA) was established in 1973 for the residents of Hollymead. All residents, including those of Somer Chase, are members of HCA, which is governed by an elected Board of Directors. Elections are held once a year in April. The primary responsibilities of the Association are to manage common grounds, staff the Architectural Review Board, and manage the pool. All of the voting members of Board are volunteers.
All homeowners are responsible for paying yearly HCA dues. The dues are used to pay for common ground maintenance and other expenses that the association incurs.
We are always looking for help so if you have a few spare cycles and want to help out your community shoot us a shout out!
