Hollymead Citizens Association Architectural Review Request Form
In accordance with Article V of the Hollymead Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (see copy on www.hollymead.org), the following must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC):
Plans, specifications, working drawings and proposals of the same showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location thereof of requested changes to existing property. The committee has the right to on-site inspection of all requests. Please allow 30 days for committee review.
Request denials shall be reviewed by the full Board at the request of applicant. Requests for full Board review must be submitted within thirty (30) days of denial. All work must be completed within 6 months of ARC approval.
