We would like to install a Kids Creation playset in the backyard of our home. It is a 100% redwood set with a swing, slide, monkey bars, and two climbing walls that connect to a covered platform. The dimensions are 10 feet wide, 22 feet long, and 11 feet high.

Remove existing small from porch entry way that is original to the house. Remove existing sidewalk that is original to the house. Remove boxwoods by the sidewalk. Install new front porch of same size using Trex decking. Install new concrete sidewalk, that will be one foot wider and curved for a more appealing appearance.
