Any change to the external appearance of property within Hollymead requires prior approval of the Architecture Review Board. Such changes include, but are not limited to, fences, sheds, house color changes, and substantial landscaping changes. To request a change, fill out the ARB Application Form. I would like to make a small addition to my existing shed. The addition would be a lean-to style, approx. 7' wide by 7' high and 4' deep. It would be attached to the short side of the existing shed and will be covered in hardiplank and painted to match the shed. It will have shingles which will coordinate with the existing shed's roof. It will have two, 2-ft. doors. It is needed to store bags of fertilizer, soil, etc. that are currently outside.

Description of Proposed Changes: Remove old storage shed and replace with Deluxe Model from Home Depot. New shed will be 16' x 18' with upper level. It will be installed by Home Depot. It will be used only for lawn tractor, garden tools, work bench, etc. It will be placed where the old shed is now.
